My work has always lived at the intersection of storytelling, healing, and human connection.

Whether through film, teaching, or community based projects, I'm drawn to spaces where people are invited to slow down, listen, and understand one another more deeply. 

These expression aren't separate paths, they inform one another. The same curiosity, care and attention to lived experience shape how I create, teach, and collaborate.

At its core, my work is about creating environments where honesty is possible and people feel safe to be fully human. 

For more than two decades, my work has taken place in environments shaped by transition, loss and change. My background includes producing social awareness films, teaching healing and contemplative practices, and helping build programs that center around compassion, healing and transformation. 

Over time, these experiences have deepened my respect for complexity, for the ways people carry grief, hope and resilience all at once.  They've shaped how I listen, how I lead, and how I create spaces where stories can be shared without being rushed or reduced. 

A profound personal loss reshaped my life and my work in ways I couldn't have anticipated. For a time, everything slowed and listening became more important than producing.

What emerged wasn't a return to what I had been doing before, but a deeper, more grounded way of creating and teaching. One shaped by patience, humility, and a renewed commitment to presence for myself and for others. 

Today I bring maturity into every space I hold, with a steadiness, discernment, and respect for the vulnerability people carry.
